Delivery terms:

Delivery plays an increasingly important role in the consumer's experience of shopping online. Therefore, we strive to offer a smooth, easy and fast shipping experience for our customers.

When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us to your email address. Save the order confirmation and check that it matches your delivery.

Goods that are in stock will be delivered within 2-5 working days. We reserve the right to remove backordered products from your order.

When the shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notification to the email you provided.

When the product can be collected, you will receive a notification to the email address or phone number you provided when ordering. The package will be collected in person with valid identification and the shipping number. If you do not collect your package, the package will be returned to us.
