Refund policy

We at Hiltic Energy hope that you are satisfied with your product. We take great pride in delivering quality products. If there is something that you are not satisfied with, the following refund policy and right of withdrawal apply.

1.Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. You have the right to cancel your purchase by sending an email to support@hilticenergy.com within 14 days (the withdrawal period) from the date you received the ordered goods.

1.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

Goods with broken packaging.

Goods that do not correspond to the same condition as the goods we delivered.

If a product has been sealed, you may not break the seal if you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal ends when you break the seal. On special offers or selected products, it is clearly stated whether the right of withdrawal does not apply on our website.

If you wish to cancel a purchase before the deadline, you should send an email to support@hilticenergy.com with the subject: Right of withdrawal and your order number. In the email, you should state your name, address, telephone number, order number and other relevant information.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods during the return shipping. The goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you sent an email to Hiltic Energy about the right of withdrawal. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and sent well packaged. Hiltic Energy has the right to refuse the right of withdrawal if the goods are not returned in acceptable condition. Follow the instructions on returns that appear on our website under conditions.

When you cancel your purchase, the amount you paid for the item will be refunded. The item must be in the same condition as the original item and be saleable upon cancellation. Hiltic Energy has the right to reject the right of withdrawal if the item does not meet the return requirements. The item will then be sent back to you and you will keep the item you paid for.

In the event of an approved return, Hiltic Energy will refund the amount within 10 days of Hiltic Energy receiving your return and sending you a return confirmation via email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the item, provided that this is possible.

Returns:

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Returned items must have unbroken seals, must have tags attached and must be returned in their original packaging.

Returned products must not show any visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@hilticenergy.com with the subject line: Right of withdrawal and your order number. In the email, please state which products you wish to return, your name, address, telephone number, order number and other relevant information.
2. You will receive a return number via email, which must be clearly written on the package you wish to return.
3. Go to a representative. Please note that you will pay for the return shipping yourself and are responsible for the condition of the item during transport. The item must be returned in its original packaging and sent well packaged.
4. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date you sent an email to support@hilticenergy.com about the right of withdrawal.

Refund:

1. In the event of an approved return (right of withdrawal), Hiltic Energy will refund the amount within 10 days from the date Hiltic Energy has received your return and sent you a return confirmation via email. The refund will be made to you via the payment option you chose when you purchased the product, provided that this is possible.
2. In the event of approved complaints, Hiltic Energy will pay the return shipping.
